This three-day First Aid at Work course provides in-depth training for individuals responsible for delivering first aid in the workplace.

The course covers key first aid techniques, legal responsibilities, emergency procedures, and workplace-specific risks, ensuring learners are fully prepared to act as a designated first aider.

Covers the duties of a workplace first aider, including legal responsibilities, incident reporting, and record keeping.

Covers airway management, breathing checks, recovery position, and emergency response procedures.

Practical training in performing CPR and safely using an automated external defibrillator.

Recognising choking emergencies and delivering effective first aid treatment for adults.

Recognising fractures, sprains, and strains and applying correct first aid techniques.
